Frequently Asked Questions

We now deliver direct to you anywhere in Canada! In addition to our Local Delivery option within Toronto and the GTA, you can now have your order shipped to your door by Canada Post.

This depends on where you are! If you're in Toronto we offer Local Delivery which means you'll get the cookies delivered to your door the same day they are made, usually the day after you place your order but in some cases it can take up to 2 days.

If you are within the GTA (Peel Region, Durham Region, Halton Region, etc), we deliver to these areas on certain days of the week 2 to 3 times a week. Orders must be placed within 48 hours of the delivery day or it will be pushed to the next delivery day to that area.

If you are outside of Toronto and the GTA but within Canada, we now ship direct to your door via Canada Post. You can choose Expedited Parcel or Priority at checkout. We can't guarantee when you'll get your order, but within Ontario it is usually 1 to 2 business days but could be more. Other regions may take up to 4 days. Canada Post will not deliver on the weekend, so we try to ship your order Monday or Tuesday to ensure your cookies are not sitting in a postal facility for several days before being delivered to you.

You can pay either by credit card, Apple Pay, G Pay or by etransfer! If you want to pay by etransfer, select the "bank deposit" payment method at checkout. We will send you an email with directions once that has been completed.

Nuts and nut products are used in some of the cookies and other treats. There is a chance of cross contamination and therefore you should assume that all cookies have come into contact with nuts. So please be aware of this prior to ordering.

I love that you're vegan! Unfortunately these cookies are not (cue sad music). And as much as I'd love to offer these other dietary options, it's not something I see happening in the foreseeable future. There are some amazing vegan and gluten-free bakeries in Toronto and I will leave it to them to fulfill all your cookie needs. They are the experts when it comes to that!
