Let's talk about zest, baby. Let's talk about lemony....let’s talk about all the cookies…ok you get it. Lemon and white chocolate come together for that tart but sweet flavour. It's reminiscent of a cookie my nonna used to make with the lemon glaze on top. This one is soft, chewy and the white chocolate perfectly compliments the flavours from the lemon juice and zest that you'll find. Ok ok this isn't a wine tasting, just trust me. Lemon in cookies = good.
