Butter Tart Beast

Canada is known for poutine and butter tarts. This is a take on only one of those. Subtly maple flavoured cookie dough, with your choice of plain, raisins or pecans, an inner layer of butter tart filling and then the centre is filled with even more butter tart filling. Come on, eh. Grab one of these, get a bag of milk, and sit yerself down on the chesterfield. Then dive on in.
