I'm not a fan of pumpkin pie, but add some cream cheese and cookie dough and I may just change my mind! The Pumpkin Pie Beast is all that. Pumpkin Spice cookie dough with an inner layer of pumpkin spice cream cheese (that's 2 times the pumpkin spice), then filled with my pumpkin pie filling (that's 3 times the pumpkin spice) and did I mention the cream cheese chips? No? Oh it's filled with them, baby. Does it get more Thanksgiving than this? Nope. It does not.
